This is how we handle our shipping process.
We do not charge handling fees or any other hidden fees for shipping and processing. Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We utilize UPS as our main shipper. Orders placed by 2pm EST will be shipped the same day (Tues-Fri), and orders placed over the weekend will ship out Tuesday.
If for some weird reason we can not process or ship your order right away, we'll contact you either by phone or email to let you know what's going on.
Returns are accepted within 14 days after date of sale; however, items must not be damaged and must be un-opened.
The following items are not returnable: Items damaged by misuse or abuse (accidentally or intentional), altered, or without original packaging Bulk liquid malt extract Live yeast cultures (White Labs, Wyeast) Milled (crushed, ground, or cracked) grain Bulk 50 or 55-pound bags of grain once they've been opened Wine kits once they've been opened Hose or tubing which has been cut to length for your order
Refunds for in-store cash transactions will be paid by cash (if available) or company check. Refunds for check transactions will be paid by company check only. Refunds for credit card transactions will be applied to the same card account. Shipping fees are not refundable.
